You were just onboarded by Malden Consulting Group as an Agile Co-Op (congratulations!). On your second week, Malden Consulting Group finalized a contract with Midnight Coffee. Midnight Coffee is a premium coffee roaster based in Watertown, MA. Over the past three years, they have slowly been expanding across the greater Boston area: Newton, Brookline, Beacon Hill, and more.

Today, Midnight Coffee only has a simple website with their name and some info about them: their locations and their story. They recently worked with a competing firm to build out a bespoke e-commerce platform but were dissatisfied with the progress and terminated the agreement. This means that you are inheriting customer authentication and a customer dashboard as well.

Your team has lots of User Stories on Midnight Coffee’s Product Backlog. Your task is to direct and oversee one Sprint to maximize your team’s efficiency and client satisfaction.
